With Houston schools finishing up yesterday, summer break has officially begun. And while that begins, we are finishing our series in Psalms this Sunday by looking at Psalm 37. Then, the following week on June 11, we will look at how we as Christians can stand firm in Christ while being in the middle of this head-swirling world in a series entitled “Anchored: Holding Fast in the Midst of Cultural Storms.”
Summer schedules can keep us busy, and each week can be different from the last. That’s even true for us at CityRise! But there’s one place you can always go for some of the latest happenings, important messages, a way to connect with us and ask for prayer, and access to registrations and news across our campuses: the CityRise Hub Weekly.
Have a great weekend and start to your summer, Church Family!

Deep & Wide
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.”
Jeremiah 17:7-8
